How Seamab School is organised
As an independent special school Seamab has charitable status and relies heavily on donations and funding from charitable trusts.
Our Governing Body is Seamab Learning & Care Services which is a Charitable Company (Scottish Charity No. SC011002). Our Company Secretary is John Cursiter MA, MEd, CA. The organisation and management of Seamab School is wholly delegated to the Principal who is responsible to the board of directors.
