We are committed to the highest standards of fundraising practice, matching our ethos and values in putting the children in our care at the very heart of what we do.

We will not share your details with others. To let us know how you would like us to contact you, and how often you wish to hear from us: you can call or write to us, or send an email, and we will observe your instructions.

Our policy is to deal with concerns or complaints promptly, fairly and transparently.
