Thanks to generous funding from a number of trusts and corporate supporters and volunteer work from Kinross Wooden Products Company we have been able to build a modular classroom in the grounds of the school. This classroom allows us to have extra space to help children manage and to experience different kinds of learning. Every Friday it is used as a music studio, allowing children to work with Tinderbox to develop their musical ability and create different pieces that can be shared with the school.
Our therapy space at the care campus was made possible by Dollar academy and Thomson Gray’s football tournament. Volunteers from SGN made it possible for the bespoke shepherds hut to be put into place in the woodland at the care campus. This has given a safe, quite, calm area for children to have Play Therapy.
Funding from The National Lottery Awards for all project has enable our children to use electric mountain bikes, this has made a huge difference to helping children to build their confidence and resilience.
