Small change for a sea change

Most of us were lucky enough as children to be given pocket money. What was pocket money for you as a child is small change now. It can help us give our children experiences and support that will create a sea change in their childhood.

My pocket money story

A 10 years old boy named Ramu, studies in Sri Krishna High School where all his classmates get pocket money from their parents. His classmates buy tickets and got to movie, buy toys and don't use money for any good things.
Once, Ramu asked his father," Daddy, can you give me some pocket money as my friends' parents?" Ramu's father thought, My child have to not be like his classmates, so he said," No Ramu, I'll not give you".
After some days, Ramu's dad thought to see what would Ramu do with the pocket money and gave ₹50 as his pocket money.
Ramu started thinking about what should he do with that money. He got an idea to help the poor. He went out to a nearby temple with the pocket money given by his father. When he went to the temple, he saw 10 beggars who are starving for food. Ramu bought some food items and gave it to every beggar there. Then, the beggars started thanking Ramu for his help. After Ramu went to his house, showers of blessing and appreciations were on Ramu for helping the poor. Ramu was wondering how his dad knew about it. Then Ramu's dad said," I was following you when you were going to the temple and was helping the poor. It's so good of you for using the pocket money for useful things.
Dad decided to give ₹10 as pocket money to Ramu everyday.
Moral of the story:- Use money for useful things.
