S:TAR induction

When you start at Seamab, you'll complete our S:TAR induction model (Seamab: Trauma, Attachment and Relationships), providing a solid foundation through blended in-person and online learning.

Continuous learning is rooted in our learning groups, cross-service meetings and specialist-led workshops, including:

Through regular reflective supervision and team consultations, we help practitioners put theory into practice and understand children's stories beyond their behaviours.
